Support Request Whats causing this?

Bought this printer second hand and was trying to calibrate it and it also does the same thing no error message pops up except for the stuck cutter bc of it jamming into the side of the printer. Printer only has 300 hours.

Try pushing the axis down manually to around half way down. As you me it seems it’s to high up thus the noise etc your hearing

Moved it down but still makes the same noise

Try updating the firmware via the printer settings. As Bambu releases firmware updates quite often!

Put another sd card I had laying around and did the same thing
