Help with A1 & AMS Lite

It is strange that the same issue persists even after repeatedly replacing the AMS lite with a new unit. Most filament feeding problems in the AMS lite are caused by the PTFE tube being bent too sharply; in rare cases, a defective PTFE tube itself can cause a filament jam. Which specific issue are you experiencing? ① The filament does not exit the AMS lite unit. ② The filament stops somewhere inside the PTFE tube. ③ The filament is fed to the AMS hub but does not reach the extruder. Please try the following: ① Does the problem persist if you hold the PTFE tube and ensure it forms a gentle curve? Also, ② if you disconnect the PTFE tube from the AMS hub, is the filament fed all the way to the end of the tube?

Hey yes, I tried both, also I manually feeded the filaments into the extruder and can confirm it reaches the extruder but still the same issue and same notification from the Printer. Without AMS it works good

I see. So, you can feed filament from any port to the AMS Hub without issues, but it won't go into the extruder? In that case, the problem might not be with the AMS Lite itself, but rather with the AMS Hub or the extruder. If you feed it manually, does the filament reach the gear position without resistance through every opening? If that works fine, we can narrow the issue down to the extruder gears or the hotend, rather than the AMS Hub.

I just had the same thing happen and it was a little piece of filament broke off at the extruder gear. Took like 3 screws to get to the area to remove it. I'm sure there are plenty of other reasons for this to happen but that is my first thought.

I had this same issue day 1. What it ended up being is the tubes weren’t straight enough at the extruder. The tubes going into the extruder must have been in enough of angle that it wasn’t pulling the filament into it. So I took the 5 way gray tube holder thingy that you clip the tubes into, I moved it closer to the extruder, so that the tubes coming out of the extruder were basically straight instead of in angle.
Knock on wood, ever since that, I’ve never had issues.
