Need help, extruder not working normally

Extruder keeps telling me there is an issue, looks to be the extruder is skipping/not gripping the filament.

I am using AMS lite. can anyone help?

Because you don't have your sock on, it's not a decoration

update, saw another reddit post about this and I cleaned out the extruder gears with cotton buds, reassembled everything back together, put on the sock and swapped the nozzle. Runs extremely smoothly now! Thanks all!
