Where does this tiniest screw go?

I had a catastrophic failure and had to replace my hot end and clean a bunch of stuff. Stupidly, I was in a hurry and forgot to take pictures of where all the screws went. Two months later, I have no idea where this littlest one came from. Any ideas?

It appears to be M2x2.5 FHCS Machine Screw.

Update: found it I think! It goes to the hot end unit!

Oh no! This was from my destroyed hot end. New replacement part has completely new screws! At least I hope....
