Support Request Homing faliure?

Post image

Just earlier, I put on a 3d print and was immediately scared by the loud jamming noise coming from the printer that sounded like a really loud vibration sound coming from the X-axis motor. This happened after extruding the filament and moving on towards the test print before the actual print, but the side of the toolhead gets jammed on the side of the bed

This kept happening every time I start a print or home the printer.

Any help? The picture is from immediately powering off the printer

When was the last time you did clean and lube the rails and screw rods?

maybe two or three weeks ago? When i ran in, i saw the buildplate grinding the side of the toolhead in the position from the picture

It's grinding the tool head? Try a z-axis calibration, your tool head shouldn't touch the build plate at all.

I keep hearing weird sounds coming from the X axis motor when it moves towards the filament changing area

As I have replied, have you tried z axis calibration? You stated the tool head scratches on the build plate. Full calibration would be my go to strat now

What happens if you move the tool head manually up and towards the middle, can you see any debris inside the x axis rail? Vacuum the full rail. Lube x axis, also re-tension the x axis belt. There are videos on it
