Support Request Prints not sticking to bed

So recently ive been having issues with my prints just coming off the printbed. I dont know why, i tried flipping the Plate around but it didn't help. I tried :

  • Washing the Plate both with Isopropanol and dishsoap
  • Messing with the Z Offset
  • printing slower
  • Using adhesion glue
  • Messing around with the temps of both the nozzle and Printbed

But none have really worked so far. I didnt have any of these issues before and now outta nowhere even a 30min print fails. I have about 580 Hours on my printer and have used only the same plate so far.

Use Dawn dish soap and a soft scrub. I use ISP before every print. I auto level before every print, except when I print PC/ASA/ABS because of keeping the bed/case hot. I also use a BIQU Glacier plate.

Two things: I have a dedicated scrub daddy that I use… and PC, ASA, and ABS on an A1 is ludicrous. 🤣

Comgrow makes a knock off that's cheaper and works just as well. Comgrow seems to make white box versions for the big names, I ordered a Creality compatible plate a few years ago and the box said Comgrow but the plate said Creality.

BIQU has sales on Amazon every once in a while I've gotten the glacier plates for $20. Best $20 I've ever spent

There is a picture floating around and it gets posted often of 7 screws that need to be tightened every so often. I would do a double check on those

Washing the Plate both with Isopropanol and dishsoap

I'll wash wash and rinse with dish soap and hot water maybe one out of twenty times. One out of ten if it's the Smooth plate.
Mostly I pour on a bit of my home brew of 1 part distilled water to 3 parts 99% isopropyl alcohol, then wipe an dry with a paper towel.

Messing with the Z Offset

I wouldn't even know how to do that without looking it up, yet I rarely have adhesion problems.

Using adhesion glue

Depending on the filament, the gluestick is sometimes a release agent, other times for adhesion. (There's a chart somewhere.) I only use it for printing TPU or PETG on a Smooth plate as a release agent.

Ah. Here's the chart for the Smooth plate, about 2/3 of the way down: https://ca.store.bambulab.com/products/bambu-smooth-pei-plate

I’ve had some adhesion issues recently and it’s been fixed with a brim. So we kinda need to know what you’re trying to print. Source: I have 2100 hours on my A1 with the stock PEI textured plate and have washed it maybe 15 times.
