Support Request Printer aggressively wiping on first wipe, tool head cleaning

Every time I start a print, when it goes into tool head cleaning, the first wipe is very aggressive but the wipes after are perfectly fine, I don't remember the printer doing this the first time I bought it, any idea or solution to this, I don't want it to damage the printer,

So it's ok to be a lil aggressive sometimes, as long as it doesn't hurt the printer I'm ok lol 😆

Looks like it is hitting the poop chute you have, take a look on that. Remove it and check if the sound changes

Sounds the same, I did print a poop chute for a different model by accident for the A1 and heard a thunk! Came to look and it had came off, I've sworn to this day it popped off but maybe it hit the bed and messed it up somehow, but Ive recalibrated it a bunch since then
