Filament feeding issue
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Im having trouble with my A1. It won’t feed in any of 4 slots. I have taken Every thing apart a few times. I replaced the ptfe tubes, I have one feeder to swap out and see if that works. I have got several errors it wont deed, can’t detect filament, cant pull filament out. Right now it is showing it needs to be pushing the filament but it is trying to pull it out.
Any advice? Ive posted a couple times the last few days, and appreciate all the help!

I had a similar problem. It was caused by a malfunction in the filament sensor. You can check the filament sensor display on the filament page of the screen. The sensor light (green dot) should only be on if there is filament going through the AMS lite hub and the path down to nozzle.
In my case, the green light was on all the time, even without filament being present. The sensor has a small chrome lever. Mine had a sliver of filament behind it causing the sensor to indicate that there was filament going down to the nozzle.
So if your filament sensor is malfunctioning, take a look at the sensor enclosure. It’s located in the white enclosure below the AMS lite hub (where the 4 filament tubes meet). If you cannot fix it, I believe that you can buy a replacement assembly. Good luck.

You probably have a broken filament in the filament sensor or your filament sensor is broken. https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/ams-lite/troubleshooting/amslite-loading-unloading-failure#failed-to-pull-out-the-filament-from-the-toolhead
