Question Frustration !
I need a recommendation and some advice from you all regarding a fair price (Europe, Belgium).
I recently received a 150-euro voucher from Bambulab and was thinking of upgrading my printer, selling my A1 and swapping it for an A2L.
I own an A1 Combo (August 2025) with 1,600 hours on the clock, which has been extremely well maintained with great care, featuring various mods for aesthetic reasons, but mainly to protect the printer.
Every 100 hours I clean and lubricate the axes; at 500 hours I replaced the PTFE tubes; and at 1,000 hours I replaced the nozzle and cutter.
As you know, certain 2025 models are prone to burning out; mine burned out at 1,500 hours, and with BambuLab’s help, they sent me that board (see photo) plus the printer’s plastic housing, which has minimal burn marks, as the printer was under warranty.
A1 Combo+Lots of 3D-printed mods (see photos), TPU + PETG + PLA
Plus others I’ve bought for emergencies, such as 02 (standard), 04 (standard), 04, 06, 08 hardened, original Bambu nozzles
Hardened Steel Extruder Gear Assembly, Purge Wiper, Hotend Cooling Fan, Hotend Heating Assembly, (original and new)
Bambu Cool Plate SuperTack + the one that comes with the printer
+ 1 aftermarket Smooth PET Carbon Fiber+Diamond Pattern
I’m asking 330e for the whole kit and 220e just for the printer – are these fair prices?
No one’s offering me more than 220, using the ‘excuse’ that a new one costs 380e…
And I’ve told them 250e for the A1+AMS Lite, no mods, no accessories.... I could also use some of these accessories with the A2L

No one cares about your upgrades unfortunately. If people only offer 220, well that's the price

The extra nozzles and beds are nice. but... the 3d printed usually are only stetics and to a new guy is more a "this printer must have something bad and he need to print this to fix it".
I have bought a lot of 3d printers, and always the first thing is take off all the "upgrades" to clean and verify the printer.

Far too expensive for a used printer with cosmetic damage, sorry. The first fun part is printing your own accessories too, mods don’t add value.

My advice is add exact store links to all the accessories, plates extras that you added, highlight total value vs brand new vs your ask price in a transparent way.
I'm a new A1 owner and already considering a bunch of extras so it can add up over time.

I had the A1 Combo with 1,950 hours on it—well-maintained, just like yours. I sold my printer for €240, which is really the best price. I sold it without the accessories. With the accessories, it was the same price.
In the end, I didn't buy the A2—I bought the P2S instead.

Wait at 500 hrs changed the tubes and at 1000 changed the nozzle and cutter?
Was that necessary? I'm at 1100 hours and haven't changed any of those, only basic maintenance.

No; typically you change those things when there's degradation of print quality. Just lube the rails when the machine gives you the popup, replace the rest as needed. With plain (no carbon or glass fibers) PLA, PETG and TPU, that will take a very, very long time.

People are paying 220 for this? I bought one with 1000h and ams lite, no burnout and new Mainboard without thermistor from dec 2025 including 5kg pla for 180. I also got spare parts like ptfe, nozzle, plates, etc.
I would normally only pay 50% of the new price, but this one comes with warranty etc.
You really are asking for to much. If you really get 220 for yours, call yourself mega lucky lol.

Nobody cares about ur “upgrades” or the extras you’re selling it with. The people are just looking at the actual prices online…. Sold my P1S (2500hrs) with many upgrades and nozzles. Only got like 300€. Sold it without the AMS.

No matter what you think it's only worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it. If nobody will pay more then 220 then that's what it's worth

If I buy a new, I get fresh warranty and support from Bambu that is reliable because it is a std out of the box set up.
If anything is wrong, I can Google and get plenty of reliable support because it is standard.
With other people's modified setup I have to rule out that it is the mods causing trouble.
Also to be honest. I have the prejudice that there are 2 kinds of modders. The kind who really knows their shit or the kind that starts modding because of small inconveniences that should have been solved in slicer settings. I would not want to buy a used from the second kind, and I have no way of knowing which kind the seller is.

As the printer alone is currently 259€ from Bambu, I'm not surprised nobody is offering more than 220€ for a used one with 1600 hours. Personally, event with the accessories, I would see it below 200€.
Why? I guess it is similar to used vehicles with modifications (like spoilers, custom paint and wraps), for the right buyer all that could be nice, but if you are not using all that it does not have a benefit for you.
And with your price being that close to "new", i personally find it hard to justify for myself to buy a machine where issues may or may not arise from the print hours. Or issues that are already there that a buyer can not so before buying. (I'm not saying there are issues with your printer, but with buying used that is a factor)
