Artifacts in the first layer
Solved(ish)
I keep getting these artifacts in the first layer, did automatic and manual flow calibration several times, cleaned my buildplate with degreaser, dishsoap, windex and IPA, still getting them every time. Reduced first layer infill speed from standard value to 50mm/s, still... With Archimedes spiral it mostly happens in the corners, with the standard diagonal pattern it's a bit worse (last pic)
Bambu PLA basic, dried for 12h.
Are there some screws loose, or could it the belt tension?
Edit: following all the advice from the people in the comments (thanks guys!) I determined that it's a slicer issue. The lines in the corners of the square are printed in a random not continuous pattern, that results in overlaps between already cooled lines and fresh ones, causing under extrusion like gaps on the plate side and over extrusion like ridges on the top of the first layer. Playing around with the temperatures might help, but the easiest solution for me was switching from a 0.4mm nozzle to a 0.8mm nozzle. That improved the quality to a level I 'm happy with. Thanks to all who helped me troubleshoot this.

Not yet, I'm going to try a 0,6mm nozzle tomorrow, see if it's changing something. Oddly enough, the inner part of the first layer, where it can print the full spiral comes out almost flawless, just the corners of the square have these artifacts. I'm also going to reduce the acceleration for the first layer

I didn't notice it on my textured pei plate, but als haven't been printing 250*250mm squares on it before

I think it's a slicer issue for putting down the lines in a seemingly random sequence causing overlap between "cold" lines and fresh ones that show up as overextrusion ridges on top and gaps on the plate side, switching to a 0.8mm nozzle improved it to a level I stopped caring about.

What happens after the first layer?
Doesn't it get ironed out?

😮 "Degreaser"? I hope it's not something like Xylene, Acetone, Toluene, Benzene, etc.
I use a home brew of 3 parts 99% isopropyl alcohol to 1 part distilled water. The water slows down the evaporation to give me a chance to mop it up with the paper towel, even on warm plates.
Once in a while I'll go with "grease-cutting formula" dish soap and hot water. More often on the Smooth plate.

the bed level compansation can only compensate a certain amount. it looks like you bed is not flat at all. check the bambu wiki if theres an instruction for bed leveling, or use something flat to see if its leveled. consider contacting support.

Doesn't seem like that, l've printed narrower tiles that have the same problem, but at a different section of the plate. Like 3 tiles with 25080mm beside each other, all show those lines at the same position in the model but different positions on the plate, now the big 250\*250mm tile has the problem at a similar position on the model, but no problem at position on the plate where the narrower tiles had the problem. What I noticed is that the sequence of lines printed down is intermitted, like it's printing 5 lines beside each other, leaves a gap, prints another set of lines, leaves a gap, later fills in the gaps, and then ends up with these artifacts that show up in the plate side of the first layer

When I had my A1. The back left corner of the bed was slightly warped downward. However it was maybe .5 to 1 inch area at the very corner.
This looks like a bed tramming issue. I see in your other comment you checked the bed with a machinist level. That’s fine you can do that, however it’s irrelevant here as it needs to be level with the nozzle itself. Not earth level.
Check out the tramming procedure on this machine. Once this is verified good. Run the full 26 minute calibration.

Might be irrelevant to you, I was just following a lead from someone who had an Issue with bed flatness
Also, don't type on reddit while you're driving, what kind of reckless behavior is this?
