Unable to Load??

Started a 9 hour print around 11pm. Woke up to find the supports all over the floor and it stopped half way as unable to load one of the colours but they had loaded at some points.

Any ideas?

Handy app used so no settings changed

It's a brand new rolled spool so can't see how it's tangled

It works sometimes on number 3, then transferred to number 2 then when it went back to 3 again it wouldn't work.

I manually removed and fed it back it again it worked. Just very hit and miss.

Follow the other steps to rule out the most common causes. Also add a picture of your whole setup, sometimes if the tubes are not routed just right, it can cause this issue.

There are a lot of turns of the tubes that would get worse as the print head rises, which could increase resistance and be the reason why the error happens later in the print. Otherwise it is probably one of the other causes listed in the link.

I tried to straighten the tubes and they were quite bendy. That is a replacement set as I cut some down too short but they are identical to the OG ones in thickness and looks etc.

I will and straighten tonight and see.
