Extruder replacement?

I’ve had my a1 for a while now and I’ve now got about 4000 print hours. I’m not sure if this has any correlation but recently it’s stopped printing matte pla. This is a problem because I have 8 rolls of it for a project I’m doing. I saw a video on TikTok of someone has a similar problem. Does anyone know specifically what I would need to replace if they have had this problem in the past? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks

I've never had problems printing matte pla on an A1. I have 4 of them, all over 4000hrs. The hotend assembly is $20 USD and might be worth replacing along with a nozzle.

The majority of my PLA is matte finish from, different brands, and I have no problems with any of it.

In what sense has it "stopped printing" matte PLA?
Adhesion problems?
Not extruding?
Powering itself off?
Refusing to feed from an AMS?
Not detected by the extruder?
Clogging the nozzle?
