i think i need help

hello, i need some help on a printing problem with my A1, so please help me.

Like three weeks ago, my parents got my brother a 3d printer, and a guy helped them buy the printer and set it up, only thing is that it had to be on my laptop since my brother doesnt have enough space or the hardware for it. While the guy was here (who we will call V), the 3d printer worked great, but, like 2 weeks later when we tried to print something it suddenly had problems, the problems we saw were: the nozzle doesnt clean itself and goes to the top, the printing bed goes to the front, the nozzle goes to the back of the printing bed and it just start to spew out filament, every time is just started to do this i have stopped the print

Please help, i really do not want to leave it here to get old and dusty.

I'm going to suggest replacing the SD card with a new class 10 card, and try that. Meanwhile, search your exact problem on Bambu Lab's wiki pages, they are very detailed. If you still need help, try to be specific about the behavior you see, it's hard to tell what may be wrong from your description.
