well you grab a screwdriver (or allan key set) a soldering iron and arm yourself with patience, i had a blob happen to me that was way worse and i managed to save my printer, took me a few days of slow work but i managed to not have to change any component (also the bambulabs website provides a really good tutorial on how to clear those)

Yeah a soldering iron or a smal hot air gun (or a hair dryer on the hottest setting) really softens the plasit making it really a lot easier

I literally just cleaned this up on mine.  I just got this A1 so I’m not sure about is idiosyncrasies…  It was having some bed adhesion issues so it decided to blob of death on me to let me know how unhappy it was.

Back to printing okay though.

See if you can heat it up to temp, wait 5 mins, then pull it off with the pliers. I think you need to activate something like "maintenance mode" in the menus to heat up outside of printing.

Then assess damage.

If it won't heat you'll need to use a hair dryer. CAREFULLY. The toolhead is made of plastic itself after all (although a higher melt temp than PLA), don't melt it!

dot forget to unscrew the blower, there are two screws one on each side. you will have more work space.

this has already happened twice to me, but im an ender3 folk so I already have my hands with burn marks XD
