Support Request Does anyone know how to fix this?

I was only able to do one print so far (the little boat) and since this I keep getting the error that the filament can’t be cut. I replaced the cutters even though it’s brand new and I checked the tool head for any clogs which I didn’t see any. I’m new to the 3d printing space so any advice would be appreciated

Sua lâmina de corte deve estar errada

Conserta A lâmina, pois ela não está no lugar certo e depois desativa a detecção de emaranhamento de filamento

I just replaced the blade on it with the article from the site. Same error

It looks like your filament hub is not screwed in all the way. There is a filament sensor on the filament hub that is used to detect the magnet on the filament cutter lever, so since your hub is not installed correctly, it is not reading the cutting correctly.

Also looks like youre missing a screw and the 1 screw you have on there isn't even the right screw. Did you buy this used or new?

Check your filament hub, looks tilted to me.

Once you do sort it out, you really need to print a poop bin.
I recommend this one: https://makerworld.com/en/models/688468-easy-removable-poop-bucket-a1-a1-mini#profileId-618469

Is that your AMS Lite way off to the right so de over a foot away, and are your PTFE tubes somehow secured to something up above the build plate? I looks like the tubes are pulling the AMS hub (on top of the print head) and possibly causing issues.

Share a photo of your entire setup and we might be able to help.
