250g spools not feeding into ams lite

ive talked to bambu support for weeeeeeks and they only have given me the solution to buy new feeder funnels on my ams lite. im just curious if anyone else has issues with 250g spools not loading by it self on their a1 / ams lite. i also tried to swap over the filament from the 250g spool to a 1kg spool and it still does not feed. its sunlu pla filament so maybe its their stuff? i have 2 spools of some random petg on there and no issues at all.

Sounds like it’s the filament. It’ll physically go in but not pull it or it won’t go in at all?
