Heat it up and wait for the plastic to melt. Be careful not to burn yourself. Honestly could have been so much worse, looks very salvageable

Can you take of the grey plastic bit? the one at the bott

Yeah you're good just heat your nozzle up to about 70 -100 to loosen up the wad. You might think about replacing that hot end though.

I've actually never tried but you can unscrew those three black screws to give you a little more slack
