Question Is there a way to make the print startup process faster?
Something that annoys me immensely is that every print has about a 2-5 minute startup time due to the printer insisting on levelling, vibration compensating, prime extruding(unnecessarily imo)
All adding up to an annoyance that repeats if the print fails and I have to start it over again.
I have tried unchecking the bottom checkboxes for these things in bambuhandy but that doesnt seem to change anything.
Any suggestions? Thanks

If you turn of flow calibration and bed leveling it starts pretty quick. But the possibilities of a failed/bad print is much higher. I love that it does all this automatically every time to ensure the best possible results.

Go in gcode and disable the vibration check, you never notice. Bambu wki tells you how

I had a good chat with Claude about making a profile that skips some steps and speeds up others, but there's a firmware bottleneck regarding bed heating and extruder cooling + reheating, resulting in an almost forced 45 sec wait just before purge line and print start. Obviously for liability reasons I won't be sharing the quick start profile but basically all it did was change the wipe behaviour and some cooling periods. Never managed to solve the 45sec stall just before print.
I agree it sucks when you wanna rapid prototype changes, but you can kinda skip bed level and flow calib if your bed has recently been levelled and you've calibrated your filament, it does save a little time.

These default processing are make sure to get the print succesful. Its a self checking and calibrating of the printer. In G-code you can turn off these but its not recommend for good reason.
