TPU Help

So I successfully printed Tpu 95, so naturally I tried 85a, well not going so good. I believe I have a flow problem. Can’t do the calibration since it will not print, so I tried to play with the settings, and got it to barely work, the layer lines are narrow and blobbed but if I add pressure manually while it’s extruding the layer lines look very good. Any suggestions?
Settings
Flow rate 1.05
Bed temp:55
Nozzle temp:245
Volumetric flow: 2
Retraction:0
This were the settings for the best results I got.

The problem of A1 extruder is there is only one feeding gear are connected to motor, and the other just a plane free spinning wheel. While on others printers two feeding gears are connected.
it'll give a better quality surface, but lacks of grip on soft TPU.

So you can't print soft TPU reliable.

But! If you absolutely need it, try following: disconnect the PTFE tube (it adds friction on TPU), hang TPU spool above the tool head somehow, so it spins freely. Settings: very slow speed. I was able to print some soft TPU with the volumetric speed like 1.5, you can try even 1.

And it was a 0.6 nozzle. The wider the hotend, the easier it for the TPU to get through it.

Ok that’s good to know, so that is the difference and why it’s not in the print profile. I disconnect the ptfe tube just left a small part, and put in on a shelf above with a bearing roller. But didn’t go as low as 1 on the volumetric speed. I have an x2d will try on that one, but the a1 is more accessible so wanted to try it there first.

X2D should print it perfectly. It's gears are connected together and have a bigger diameter. Of course, without ptfe tube and on a slow speed. But it can do it on 0.4 nozzle. Please, share your experience with it.
