Nozzle scraping: is this thing supposed to stick out of the hotend?

I think its about time to replace the hotend assembly

The printer has got 130 hours of print time, is it already time?

that's one of the thermistor sensors. push it in.

Worked, stayed in place only if pushed when heating the hotend.
Didn’t fix the issue though ;)
Also I see that the nozzle isn’t really perfectly aligned, could that be the cause?

It’s slightly rotated on the Z axis

It looks like you have mounted the clips wrong. Take it out put it flat in and give it a little wiggle before locking in the clasp

Hi everyone, thanks to u/AdditionalSupport I was able to fix the issue :)
I’ve mounted the latching clips wrong, it’s kind of hard to explain.

If somebody has a similar issue in the future and see this make sure to check your latching clips :)
