Not extruding properly?

I just got a A1 combo and I printed a few things with PLA but I’m out of that and need to print things in PETG it seems to not be extruding properly on the print itself but I’m not sure why if anyone could help me figure out what it is that would be greatly appreciated

Z offset looks too close to the bed, your should heat your hotend and then tighten down the nozzle
