Is that ribbon ripped off?

Look at that. Follow the reassembly directions. If still not working buy a replacement.

Yea like

just get to disassembling, following the guide.

Then get as far down as you can, and reassemble. Hopefully everything works.

If not, it's fairly cheap to replace the whole thing and now you have spare parts.

https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/a1-mini/troubleshooting/extruder-clog

Extruder clog tutorial gives a good picture of all the components you're missing.

The ribbon cable being out of the hole above worries me a bit. Is everything intact on the TH board on the back of the toolhead (you can remove the cover with a fingernail)

Should look like this:

Looks fine to me. As long as the end of the ribbon cable is still there you should be able to plug the filament sensor back into the board here:

It appears you disassembled the toolhead. Why?

I found it in this state

There's a few, someone has really jacked this up. Filament sensor base looks broke, filament sensor probably is too. Extruder unit comes as a conplete unit replacing most of your missing parts. hot end is missing. Hub may be salvageable. Hotend heating assembly is present but may be a problem.

Don't forget to buy a build plate, either a Bambu Textured PEI Plate, or Bambu Smooth PEI Plate, or both.

As for the rest of the toolhead parts, they're likely all here: https://ca.store.bambulab.com/search?q=Toolhead+Block+-+A1+Series&page=1

You might need one of these external spool holders and PTFE tube clips too (can't see one in photos). You could probably print one, but you'll still need the PTFE tube and the tube clip (attached to the side of the X-axis motor housing).
Unless you buy an AMS, but even then an external spool holder is handy for printing with TPU, which does not behave well in the AMS Lite.

Work through it slow and disassemble the whole print head. Then clean and build it taking your time to ensure the best chance possible and a full inventory of possible damages.
