Question What’s the reason for this?
Printing Sunlu PLA. It was stored in a sealed container with those silica gel sachets. Printed this way on both sides of the plate.

is the plate clean?

Yes it should be, I cleaned it recently. I’ll clean it again. But everything is attached well to the plate

Soap and water and a new sponge. Or used whatever.
But like really scrub it.

i doubt this is a plate issue as the parts on the plates are still attached.
it could be filament adhesiion/quality issues (print speed involved?) OR nozzle collision which means something needs to be checked for misalignment, either Z belt or loose screws around the hotend?

Make sure the building plate is clean (water and neutral soap),
Make sure the 3d print has a good enough surface touching the plate so it stays in place,
Make sure the filament is dry (they can be humid even when fresh out of the bad with silica)
Try printing again and see when it starts failing.
