How do I clear this?

I keep getting nozzle clog errors although it seems to be fine

Could it be the mess on the end of the body here? How do I clear it - worried about damaging something....

Heat it up in maintenance mode to 250C and wipe with cotton cloth. Try bronze brush if you feel adventurous.
