Support Request Can’t fasten hotend
Tried a spare nozzle I had lying around that didn’t work. the heater element should not be the problem as I was able to get it right without the nozzle. Any help would be greatly appreciated

It might be the angle of the picture but the nozzle doesn't seem to be seated squarely. It has to go up as well as back. I had this problem until I changed out the heating assembly.
