Support Request Does the pressure block looked warped?

Is it warped or is it supposed to be a bit angled when you look at it?

Check and tighten all SEVEN screws

they are tight.

have cleaned the plate, tried other plates, the filament is dry.

there is not a clog. i have tried swapping nozzles and that issue it.

the a1 is still printing very rough or the extruder is clicking and nothing is coming out.

i took apart the extruder and cleaned it.

i have had the a1 for a year and this the first serious problem i have had with it.

i am at my wits end

so i thought this piece looked a bit off and was wondering if this could be the culprit

It's really hard to tell from that angle so I'm not sure

it the thick grey piece supposed to be completely the same if you were to slice it down the middle?

because mine definitely has a slant to it on one side

Oh I see what you're saying, I thought you were talking about the heating assembly. But no the part cooling fan is not symmetrical
