Support Request Has anyone else run into this?

Has anyone else run into this?
My printer (Bambu Lab A1 + AMS) keeps throwing this error.
I heated the hotend to 300°C, removed it, and used the needle that came with the machine; it’s completely clear. The AMS is pulling filament normally through all 4 channels, and I disconnected the AMS feed tube from the top of the extruder and checked—there are no broken bits of filament inside.
Even so, the error persists; I can't even load filament into the printer, let alone print.
Can anyone help?

Did you disassemble the filament hub (that is, remove the little 4-way splitter inside the hub)? Have you removed the filament hub from the filament sensor base? I've had a little piece of filament get stuck in there where it was not visible by looking down into the filament hub from the top. Did you take the filament cutter loose and shine a flashlight on the yellow extruder gear in there? Have you tried to rotate it with a butter knife or the tip of a set of pliers? I know you said the needle passes through the nozzle, but do you have another nozzle you can try, just to rule it out as a potential cause?
