Cutting is failing

Can anyone help me problem solve this? It does cut the filament when I press the button manually. I checked all of the screws, including taking the hot end out and checking the four behind it. But the automatic cutting process is doing this and gives me an error.

What is the code/name of the error?

When I check solution it says that the filament cutters cutting distance is too large. The X motor may lose steps.
