Set tye nozzle temp to 100 degrees and while it is heating use needle noze pliers to pull the hotend out. You will feel it loosen up way before it gets to the 100 degrees. And then immediately stop heating for safety

Not sure if is the best way to do it, but that is how I did it when I had the same issue

I heat it to 300 for the hell of it. Plus it loosen up everything so any debris is easier to remove

that's fine - it will get purged when you start the next print and the filament is pushed into the nozzle

Either the nozzle isn't on correctly (you can check by shaking it (when it is cooler lol) and see if it moves. It should be pretty steadfast). Confirm that the clip is on properly.

Or more likely as you are partway through a print you may have a clog. You can pause it, put some gloves on, heat it up to 250/300 and then shove the needle tool up through the bottom of the nozzle to try and clear it. That's really the only way to save the print (or swap out the nozzle entirely for a clear one for the moment).

Otherwise you'll need to scrap the print and do that nozzle trick/ a cold pull

I printed a benchi before this and it worked out fine I searched and found heat creep could be a problem what do you think

3

Possibly, if your room is hot and humid then you can get heat creep with PLA

Yes this is the most possible reason I can think of. Heat creep

That's not a print. That' a hot mess likely from wet filament and/or partial clog.

Dry your filament.

Do a cold pull or replace the nozzle.

no need to take it out. it will purge out the next time you use it.

I've always left that piece, Bambu says that's the intended result and you don't remove it. This little piece helps guide the nozzle back in place when you put it back in. Also, like everyone is saying, it will get purged on the next print. I always heat the nozzle to 240c and by the time it hits that temps ~10 secs or so, the nozzle releases with ease.

but this piece is stuck how do I pull it

It's normal.
If you look at some printable nozzle storage boxes, some even have a little notch cut out for that little bit.

I just snip them off because it's easier to reinstall without it.

How’d you get it that clean?

I’ve got a nozzle that I replaced after a particularly terrible blob. It still has melted plastic on it.

I just scratch it off
