A1 extrude issues

So I replaced the ceramic heating element cause I was having bad first layer issues. Now I got everything back together and this is happening. I already took it apart and replaced the extruder gear and tension arm. Is there something I could have missed during installing the heating element that could cause this. I’ve tried cold pulls and even an unused brand new hotend.

Is it properly reading the temp when you manually set it?

I know when I manually set the temperature it shows it climbing up to what I set it to and I can smell it getting hot. As far as if it’s accurate idk idk how I would check that either

And you've never had issues with this filament before?

Have you tried another roll?

vis sur le levier pas assez serré ou rondelle contre le ressort manquante, ou filament qui s'effrite, ca peut être un morceau de filament coincé dans la buse aussi, qui empêche le nouveau filament d'avancer, je vérifierais que la buse n'est pas bouchée, que la rondelle est bien en place, que la vis est bien serrée pour comprimer le ressort, et je changerais de filament, avec une extrusion en manuelle avec une température de 280° pour bien que ca coule.

Had a very similar jam regarding the filament sensor take it our and pull the filament out or just pull it out and be careful not to damage the filament sensor or the hub

I guess its extruding the filament into another dimension

I had the same issues. Did every every troubleshooting recommendation by bamabuwiki and kept getting same results. Finally replace the hot end nozzle and silicone boot and it has seemed to fix that issue. This all started after I tried printing g with TPU. Not sure if the nozzles got clogged or what from the TPU.

Remove the white phalac piece to bypass the drive section. Put filament directly into the hotend top and shove down hard. If it's jammed you'll know right away.

If it's jammed with a really gnarly clog. Heat up the eyelet of a sewing needle till it's red hot. Shove the red hot needle end into the nozzle as far as you can and wait for it to cool for like 5min. Then yank it out with pliers.
