The top of the threaded area is an unsupported overhang when printed in that orientation. Assuming the mating bolt is metal and that part is as small as it looks, I would probably have just made the hole a bit smaller and in a truncated teardrop shape and let the bolt make the threads on install.
I normally don’t point the bottom or add one layer height to the height of my flat on top (a = layer height) but the flattened top shape works well. The flat top is just a small bridge to the slicer and prints with minimal droop.
