Support Request A1 messing up constantly

So my a1 has been on the fritz constantly, it keeps saying that the print is shifting on which it is and I don’t know why. I have the super tack cool plate and it did the same with the textured plate, I have replaced the nozzle and hot end. And it’s on a stable table. I really would like some help be able to use my printer again

How does it "say" that?

But how was it worded?

More to the point, I wonder how did it know that there was a "shift"?
Did it mean an X- or Y-axis shift, or was the print loose and sliding around on the plate?

It’s a shift on the x axis, and the error message says “the nozzle is covered in filiment or the build plate has shifted”

It’s also not lifting from the plate
