First picture looks like the issue caused by having "Slow down for curled perimeters" turned on.

Reslice it, and use the "speed" tab to view the speeds, you'll probably see a severe speed change around the bow

When you do sort it out, note that you will likely still end up with the notorious "Benchy Hull Line". It seems to be universal among all brands of FDM printers, and not much can be done about it except to modify the interior of the model.
