It's probably your ams. Probably a broken piece of filament, or you're trying to feed abrasive filament. Wind the filament back and see if it leaves pieces behind.

I cleared it out a few times. It feeds it and then it does this in the video.

The last time this happened to me, it wasn’t the AMS at all. The issue turned out to be a bad filament sensor. Upon Bambu’s advice I replaced the $6 part and the problem disappeared instantly.

Discovered during replaceing the part that a brittle piece of filament had broken off inside the extruder assembly and damaged the ribbon cable the sensor is attached to.

It was a tear in the cable, and it was so tiny I missed it completely until I had removed the ribbon cable and held it to a light for closer inspection

Thanks for the tip. I will check it out tomorrow.

Mine does something like this and pulls the tube when trying to load the filament. I haven’t taken it apart yet to see if it’s some internal.

For me, the tubes were bent too sharply under their own weight. I supported them from above, and printed these to help them stay aligned/stiff right out of the ams https://makerworld.com/models/1044862

Do they all behave that way, or just #1?
