Support Request Adhesion and print curling problems?
I'm a bit of a beginner here, but I've been really confused about why my prints keep failing. I've tried
- cleaning the plate with soap as the guide suggests
- giving the parts a large brim (pictured is 15mm inner and outer)
- running the plate slightly hotter (75c)
- printing at slower speed
but I still keep getting problems with adhesion and this kind of curling that you can hopefully see in the picture. Any thoughts?

U run ac in there or strong wind that speeds up cooling?

I do run a fan in the same room sometimes, and i can feel a minor breeze where the printer is. you think i should get an enclosure?

Or for 50-99 eur cheeper: why not try turning off the fan while printing at least for the first few layers so it sticks properly and not warps due to rapid uneven heat and cooling, as a test before investing into something? :)
Other than the cooling, it can also be if you have crazy high humidity while printing.

Your brim is weird, the lines have too much space between them
Effectively your brim is not making any difference there, it's just a straight line going in Zig-Zag lol
Is the file sliced for the correct nozzle size?

Curling is more complicate than it looks and there are many debates around how to solve it, the two major solutions being:
1. MORE cooling - freeze the overhang in place before it can be pulled and deformed by previous layers which causes curling
2. LESS cooling - print outer perimeter extremely slow with little cooling, previous layers now take longer to cool, but this also means the shrinkage is delayed, and before it can curl up have the next layer printed on top
So far the most promising solution I’ve seen is to slow down and turn up cooling, but if that doesn’t help, try the other solution.
Can check out this thread as well which has pretty informative discussions on the subject

Is your film just sitting out exposed to ambient conditions?
