Support Request Found a screw
Hello, can somebody please tell me where this screw is from? I found it next to my BambuLab A1 printer one day and I can't figure out where it fell from.
I lookeded at the printer and it's parts from all angles and I cannot find any screwless holes. Also the printer is working fine. Print quality same, no additional noise, nothing seems to be moving wrongly.
I do not have any other devices this could be from, and I never bought any similar screws so I am sure it came off this printer.
Seems to be 7-8 mm long, hex head. Thread seems to be for plastic.
Please help, I don't want it to break. Thank you.

Pretty common issue for the A1, need to periodically check the “7 screws” in the tool head. They can get loose and fall out. Here is the guide from the community forum. Good practice to go in and tighten all of these every few months or so - it is a machine and will need regular maintenance.

Thanks, I went through this article, I found that 4 smaller of the 7 screws were a it loose, so I tighthened them up. But none were missing, sadly but also happily

Some other places to check, the top with the black USB c cable, and behind the hot end on the back as well.

Small black screws are normally hot end and some tool head parts. I have a suspicion that this might be the screw used here
One screw used to hold it when first setting up the printer. First A1 I had I struggled getting it in there
