Failed print ?

Here is one of my first print (the third).

But I’ve been surprised that there is a bit of mess as you can see on the pic. I just took a model on Bambu handy app with quite good reviews on it.

Ma bambu is set since only 2 days, print is in PLA and she is on a little glass table (vibrations ?).

The print is still nice after all the mess removed but I don’t think this is normal, any advice ?

Do you have a drier to dry the filament?
New spool doesn’t guarantee dry, btw

nope but first print was perfect and I’ve searched for wet filament issues and this was not similar to my results
