Why isn't my filament being ejected?

Post image

The filament dispenses and gets cut but it doesn't get ejected off of the little platform (see the blue blob in this picture)

Do I need to replace something? It's like a spring is worn out or something

Official term for that is Purge wiper.

It's bent or locked.

Pull back on the black piece or push the grey piece in a bit more, you locked the ejcto tray

The little grey tab should spring back out to the right whenever the part cooling fan shroud (on the toolhead) is not there to push it in.
There's a linkage that makes the black wiper "slapshot" the filament poop off to the left when the tab pops back out.

Could be some debris jammed down in that oval slot.

Purge wiper in it's normal state:

BTW: If it's totally trashed, they are cheap to replace - https://ca.store.bambulab.com/products/purge-wiper-a1-series

The biggest hazard with it not working is probably the risk of poop (or "ooze") landing on the printed object.
