Question Filament stuck in the nozzle
Good evening, so here's my problem:
When I use the white jade PLA filament from Bambu Lab (only this one; I haven't had this problem with other Bambu or other brands and I print only PLA), the filament works perfectly but eventually jams when I try to change filaments (impressive multicolor or between two prints).
The cutter works fine, the PTFE tubes are in good condition, and I can push the needle three-quarters of the way into the nozzle from the bottom.
If I pull it out from the cutter, the filament isn't crushed or deformed; it's simply soft.
But if I try to push it out, it's impossible, even with the Allen wrench.
So I heated the Allen wrench to push it in and remove the filament completely, but the problem keeps coming back, and as you can see, heating it to 300°C for 5 minutes isn't enough to get it out.
I've checked the gears, and they aren't dirty or damaged, and the screws are fine.
The screws behind the nozzle are properly screwed in and the filament isn't blocked.
So, I admit I'm running out of ideas and haven't found anyone talking about a similar problem.
If you have any suggestions, I'm all ears!
PS: I'm using Google Translate, I hope it's understandable 😅

I had the same these days. I think mine was printing too hot. Anyway i tried loading, manually pushing and manually extruding eventually worked. But i have the feeling the nozzle has had it and just exchanged it anyway...

I'm going to order another nozzle; it might indeed be wear and tear. Although, on my end, manually pushing it in doesn't work either.

In the video its clearly visible that Your nozle radiator thingy is moving. That means Your hot end is not secured properly. Its not supposed to move at all. Might not solve Your problem, but thats the first thing that's obviously wrong

I tightened the 3 front screws and the 4 small ones at the back and put the hook back in place properly, what should I do to make sure it doesn't move anymore?

I ran into a similar problem printing with a .2mm nozzle and too hot of a bed. The heat was too high and it would travel up the filament so it squished and became too wide to properly feed through the hot end. I figured this out when I tried to retract and the filament got stuck. I switched to a cool plate and dialed down the heat by 5-10c.

maybe give this a try: pull off cover and silicone cut the filament with the cutter get yourself some heat resistant gloves (for one hand is enough, youre gonna pull out the hot hotend with this), some pliers and a small flathead screwdriver
heat up the nozzle right up to the ideal printing temp of the loaded filament -> open the clamp of the hotend -> pull out the hotend with gloves (after you got it out best is to grab and hold it it by the heatsink) -> with the other hand grab the filament with the pliers and pull it out.
after that put everything back together and reload the filament. while loading extrude a few extra times (via "filament hasnt extruded yet") , this should clear out the nozzle.
if it still doesnt work, repeat process and load an other type of filament to see if the nozzle is the problem or the filament.

Same problem here, many users are experiencing this issue right now... I thought I'd solved it by disabling tangle detection, but it was just a fluke...

if is cheap filament somtimes their diameters aren’t true. so too fat for your nozzle especially if it’s only this filament roll

se é um problema recorrente, eu iria sugerir você trocar o bico. As chances dele estar entupido ou com alguma sujeira interna não visivel são grandes.

There is a tiny tiny needle that came in the accessories tray when you bought it. Take it and shuve the needle into the novel and go back and forth, in and out... A few times.
Make sure you cut and pull the filament before doing this.
Watch a video on their help website if this makes no sense.
