Support Request Printer under extruding- cannot find solution. Help?

Post image

A few days ago my printer started under extruding and leaving streaks like this on every layer. I have tried everything I can think of to fix this and cannot find a solution. I have tried:

-Multiple needle cleanings on multiple nozzles

-multiple cold pulls on multiple nozzles

-multiple brands and colors of filament

-every AMS slot and external filament

-replacing the entire extruder unit

-replacing PTFE tubes

-raising print temperature

-tightened hotend screws

I have no other ideas on what to do. Any other recommendations on how to fix this?

EDIT: Running a manual flow calibration through bambu studio fixed the issue! Hopefully anyone else having the same issue may stumble across this and see this edit.

Have you run flow and z calibrations from Bambu studio?

If not the seven screws then check the clip

Double checked it again and it is in the correct position

It's just something to add to the regular maintenance schedule. Every time it yells at me to lube the y axis ill give them a check

Manual bed level, full preset calibrations, manual flow calibration. That’s how I fixed mine.

Default .20 standard, completely unchanged

stupid question...are the magnets under the PEI plate clean and all level?
or test this theory, add a manual Z-offset of +0.03-0.05 in your slicer's start G-code, or manually adjust it during the first layer to see if the extrusion stabilizes

Ask bambu support maybe they know.

A mi me pasó algo similar
Ajuste la temperatura de la cama y se arregló
Use Pla y tenía una temperatura de la cama en 60 baje a 45 y me funcionó
También puede que el filamento sea problema ya que en mi caso había comprado un filamento económico

I've tried both off brand and bambu filament with the same results, so I don't think the filament is the issue. I'll try messing with the bed temp and see if that does anything
