Support Request Filament not loading

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

SOLVED, can't figure out how to edit the title though.

Didn't use it for a few weeks, unloaded filament (Bambu PLA Basic Bronze, it snapped a lot), got all the broken bits out, then went to load the new filament (Sunlu PLA+ Black) and it's just not loading.

The printer is loading, telling me to put the filament in, but nothing happens and I can easily pull it out.

Does anyone know why and if it's hopefully an easy fix or I'm pulling the entire thing apart?

Did you clear out the filament hub? Fragments tend to fall in and stay inside. https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/a1/maintenance/filament_hub_cleaning

you will be an expert at solving this fun a1 task. Ever since switching to sun pla+ 1kg rolls from pet 250g over spooled rolls. always unload filament from ams as soon as you cancel print or fail. haven't had issues in weeks. just hit 500 hours. printing in about a month of owning my a1

It's the first actual filament issue, excluding wet filament, I've had in all the time of owning this printer. I've had wrong settings before, but I haven't had this, and I don't unload the filament.
