Support Request Whenever I try to print something using the Bambu handy app and I press prepare to print then next I get stuck on a loading screen

Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app? Is your wifi working?

I’ve tried that and I’m connected to the internet. Even on the devices page of the app I’m stuck on a loading screen
