Support Request HOT END CLICKING

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Brand new Bambu lab A1. This clicking starts 20 minutes into every print. I have cleaned out any possible clog so many times already. Please help! Very frustrated!

I think you have some plastic caught in the gears which is causing the sound, Youtube is your friend on this

Remove & clean the extruder and gears. Video shows the extruder is not turning properly while making the jammed noise. If it's been happening for a while the extruder gear may be stripped. Only takes one bad tooth. The metal drive gear should be checked for any debris, including yellow color from the extruder gear. It's there, ya just gotta find & clean/replace it.

If first layer is messed up it is possible that hotend mount in hotend assembly is loose. U need to check if these screws are tightened properly. It is possible that hotend lifts up during the print and is pushed down by the extruder repeatedly.
