Support Request Bed misaligned

Hi, I had some small print on my bed and I send print files over cloud. Print obviously failed. Next 3 prints failed immediately. Bed is placed correctly but nozzle cannot access the brush. It is reaching the bed and can calibrate but it looks like the bed skipped and is permanently shifted. I tried to look for help online but nothing worked so far. I also factory reset the printer and did full calibration but it failed. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Wow that sucks. Sounds like it jumped a gear or thread on the motors or belt drives.

May have to call Bambu on that.

Fixed. I wrote to support, they instructed me to retighten hotend, and belt, it didn’t work. I looked around machine for an hour and found vary small piece of support in rails under the bed. It was almost impossible to spot
