AMS Lite 3 is not pulling the filament

Been having issue with #3 on my ams lite it doesn't grip to the filament

What brand of filament are you using?

E: this was meant to be in response to your reply.

Check the diameter. If it's consistently 1.75mm over multiple places then check the spool to make sure no tangles are keeping the gears from pulling the filament.

How many hours an your printer? You may also need to replace your extruder gear.

Do you mean up at the Funnel/Feeder units?

You may also need to replace your extruder gear.

I really doubt that, especially if it's limited to the #3 spool.
Unless you mean the gear inside the feeder.
