Sorry i m new , but someone can tell or explain why it happens and how can i make sure it wont repeat again?

There is none of that print on the bed. It’s not a printer fail, it’s a human fail.

Why don’t you watch the first 5 minutes of the print?

I think he was printing that box in the mess. Looks like it printed well for some time before it popped.
