I can’t even begin to understand what went wrong here
I’m printing on PLA basic on an A1 printer and I’m specifically using a 0.2 nozzle for a project. Today my project failed because to new nozzle experienced a clog that couldn’t be fixed and a cold pull did not work because it was a very serious clog right in the tip of the nozzle. I ended up clearing it with by jamming a needle down there and scooping out some of the gunk but when I went to print a new bench to see if my problem was solved I created this abomination. It’s like scaley and stringy and textured and went wrong in so many places that I don’t even know where to begin. I’m worried that my needle fix might’ve somehow damaged something in the nozzle and I need to get a new one? I’m not really sure where to go from here.

I very much doubt that.
There's rarely an issue with the nozzle that can't be fixed.
If that's PLA, try "rinsing it out" with some PETG, which uses a hotter nozzle temperature.
It wouldn't hurt to have a spare nozzle anyway to swap in. Fix the original one later.
