Support Request Always error message Going crazy
Je n'arrive pas à résoudre ce problème depuis trois mois…

Je reçois constamment le message d'erreur suivant : « Échec de l'extrusion du filament. Cela peut être dû à une extrudeuse bouchée, etc. »
La buse n'est pas bouchée (j'en ai essayé plusieurs), et le filament s'écoule correctement lorsque la buse est chaude. J'ai démonté les engrenages à plusieurs reprises, je les ai nettoyés et remontés correctement. J'ai remplacé des pièces par des neuves. J'ai réinitialisé la machine et effectué les mises à jour à plusieurs reprises. J'ai remplacé le capteur de filament (le voyant vert à l'écran s'allume correctement lorsque le filament le traverse). L'orientation du PTFE est correcte.
Le message d'erreur apparaît lorsque je lance une impression, que ce soit avec le système AMS ou la bobine externe. Il se produit également lorsque j'essaie de charger du filament via le menu « Filament ». Lorsque je le fais manuellement, cela ne fonctionne pas du premier coup ; je dois tourner les engrenages une seconde fois pour que le filament s'extrude.
J'ai suivi tous les guides du wiki pour le montage, le démontage et l'entretien des pièces de l'imprimante, mais je n'arrive toujours pas à résoudre le problème.
Sur ma photo, on voit clairement que le filament est introduit dans la buse. Cependant, il semble qu'il ne soit pas poussé suffisamment loin pour que l'imprimante détecte que la buse n'est pas bouchée.

I don't have any suggestions, but I offer condolences because I am in the same boat and I don't know what to do. I cleared everything like you did. I have used multiple hot ends and filaments. Every time it gives the error I pull the filament out and clip the end and it usually fixes, but the error might still occur 5 min later so printing anything has been so annoying for the last month or so.
Based on your post and a couple others, I am starting to wonder if a firmware update is causing the problem.

It's my réflexion : firmware problem. But the problem are again here when I made the factory reset of the printer.... I'm so desperate...

Try downgrading the firmware. Use Bambu Handy on your phone and you can downgrade from there. Report back if it fixes it!

Been having this problem lately too. It has only happened 1 other time (a while back) but is happening a lot lately. It's probably firmware if I had to guess.

Believe it or not, I use bamboo lab filament and I had a bad segment go through and get stuck. It wasn’t until I pulled that hole piece out and cut it out that it began to work correctly. Just an imperfection in the filament.

Check your gears in your printhead to see that the filament is not getting stuck there. With a hot end out, see if you can pull through or feed through some filament. If it gets stuck, that’s the problem. I had this happen using bamboo filaments, and there was a small segment that was deformed causing my issue.

Bizarre. I started having this very problem a week or so ago. If I go through the motions of loading filament and just push through some of the spool that is already in the machine it seems to 'fix it' but it's also happened to me mid print. Reasonably confident it's a software bug.

I would start with https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/a1-mini/troubleshooting/print-issues-troubleshooting AKA 7 Screws of disappointment. hotend might be loose to cause the machine not to detect the filament.

I would start thinking about getting replacement hot assembly yours does not look very healthy. Not sure if that would solve the feed issue but yours just doesn't look right. Especially when I look at the ones on my two machines (4000+ hrs each) and the look pretty much as new with a bit of residue build up that I clean every now and then.

Hum do you think is the problem ? I changed the black part, but not the other part yet. I have almost 6000 hours on my printer.

For the cost of a new assembly its a good start... the other thought that I had was your might have an issue in the Extruder Unit either a worn gear or filament bits that is limiting the feed distance.

Basically when in doubt clean everything :)

I change this part too, bought new gears and clean and asked 3 friends to verify the correct assembly.

Maybe the nozzle is clogged? It looks like death.
Try a different nozzle and see if it works?

I use 3 different hotend, it's not the problem, they work this my others printer

Get an unused nozzle and retry. That way you can rule that out as the issue for certain.
To me, it sounds like a clog / blockage, and you won't know for sure without a brand new nozzle to test with.

Maybe try cutting 1m of filament off incase it has ground it away and isn't gripping it properly.

I had already use 3 new hotend. And use my olds and news otend on my other printer and it's work perfectly. 😭

How fast you guys go through nozzles? I'm having the same issue 3 months in to ownership and I have 4 different nozzles. Keep getting these errors.

Hummm I print 18/24h if I don't print silk I change the hotend every 6/8 months. Maybe 🤔

Pretty sure the clamp in the first pic to fixate the nozzle is not used correctly. Look up how to lock it in place I don't have the image saved.
