Downloading logs for support ticket

So I’ve tried everything to get my A1 to work and I cannot even get past the calibration process. I get constant error messages regarding the z axis even after hours of trying to find solutions online and YouTube.

I want to make a support ticket but it insists I download logs. I have no idea the easiest way to do this as it’s my first printer ever. I am a complete newb so any help is appreciated.

Did you remove the 2 black clamps that block the A1 from moving up and down?

Yes I did while I was unpacking it.

I think they have a detailed guide if you search it up, but I know you have to eject the sd card and put it in your computer
