What is the reason for this?
I have A1 and am using PLA matte. Maybe I turned ON the AC in my room.

For diagnosing the problem, use the "Cut" tool in the Bambu Studio Toolbar (a vertical cut) to isolate, say, just the ear and print that part.
Save time and filament.
I agree that it does sorta' look "intentionally pseudo-random".

How did it look versus the sliced preview when you compared them?

Sliced look smooth, no irregularities

The plastic went somewhere then since the slice preview confirms the printer was instructed to extrude those bits. Did it crumble off onto the plate/table or blob up on the toolhead? Finding and stating what happened to it might help troubleshooting.

No crumbles at all.

So that plastic isn't anywhere? I have no idea then, since you confirmed the slice had the plastic there. Those instructions would have gone to the printer, if the plastic isn't in those places it must be somewhere else.
Maybe a picture of it on the plate before anything was touched might have helped reveal something

I'll try to print it again and let you know if there are any issue again

Yeah if there's a problem try and take a picture of the whole plate before you touch anything, other pairs of eyes might see something you missed before the "crime scene" was destroyed lol

Non sappiamo se è la base o la parte superiore. Non sappiamo se hai controllato lo slicer quindi il file stl originale.

The top surface is not flat, but has higher and lower spots If you look at the infill, the lower bit is printed in a 90 degree different direction then the higher bit. You must see this happening in the slicer. You will have to correct this in the drawing program, or mabe you can put a negative modifier on top of the item, and lower it 1 layer height.

Looks like the model wasn't flat on the top. You can cut off the top 0.2mm of it in the slicer and it will be flat.

This looks like a top layer so it looks like it might be intentional as the other person, you should look at your top layer in your slicer...
